Last weekend was one of those weekends that fill the soul and moving that remind me why I love simple moments, beautiful spaces and quality time with the family. Sometimes, the best weekends are not full of great plans, but are full of small intentional joys, such as walking through an old mercantile. Our weekend began with a trip to Farmer Gray’s vintage mercantile In Battle Creek, Michigan. If you have not been, let me tell you, this place is an absolute dream. Located within an old school, it is a refuge for ancient lovers like me.

The moment you enter, they greet you with the warmer energy, as if the walls themselves could tell stories of past treasures. Is each piece inside so beautifully and style? Absolutely perfectly. Every time I visit, I am saying: Why don’t I come here more often? Because really, if you are looking for cozy and unique findings to fill your home with character and charm, this is the place. Vintage bedding, worn forests, the softest tones, every corner is pure inspiration, and I felt so creatively renewed (and with some treasures in my hand, of course!).

Now we return to the beginning of a new week, and I feel grateful for the simple joys that make life feel so full. The ancient treasures, the wonders of nature and well dedicated time, what else could a cozy love heart ask? I hope your weekend was also full of beautiful moments.
Let’s bring this warmth next week. For more daily inspiration, you can always find me here.
