Pregnancy and delivery are two of life’s most amazing wonders.
When most women are asked, «What was the most memorable experience in your life?» they often mention pregnancy and delivery. It’s almost as though it’s a divine gift. There can be no doubt about the intense feelings that pregnancy and delivery may elicit in parents. While pregnancy is a wonderful and gratifying experience, the harsh reality is that there is a component of diet and fitness that cannot be overlooked.
This gleaming coin also has a reverse side. Many women conclude that pregnancy has damaged their shapely body and that stretch marks have defaced them.
They immediately think that after giving birth, their bodies would never revert to their pre-pregnancy state.
Weight gain, stretch marks, and a lack of sex appeal are all undesirable side effects that mothers accept in exchange for having a bouncing little kid.
Nothing could be more erroneous.
Yes… pregnancy does cause weight gain. This is quite normal and, in fact, beneficial. Weight growth, on the other hand, may be maintained without allowing it to spiral out of control.

All weight gained during pregnancy can be lost following delivery. After all, it is just fat, and the principles of fat loss apply equally to pregnant women and obese men.
It will take time for you to lose weight… but there is no rush. The race is won by the slow and steady. With patience and determination, it is absolutely possible to remove extra fat after delivery.
If you persevere, you may even achieve a higher level of fitness and health following childbirth. Your body is an amazing creature that will adapt to whatever demands placed on it.
What matters most is that you think it is possible.
You must let go of any mistaken assumptions that pregnancy and motherhood would make you an overweight, dumpy, or ugly lady.
The normal condition of affairs dictates that you will gain weight throughout pregnancy and then lose it completely after delivery.
Even the world’s most famous female celebrities have spoken out about pregnancy and weight gain.
«You must eat in order to nourish your infant. And since I have a daughter, I want her to understand why her mother has a healthy self-esteem and no body concerns. It may be depressing at times, I’m not going to lie. I’ve had days where I thought, ‘Ugh, I wish things were simpler.’ However, it is not, and that is acceptable.» – Jennifer Love Hewitt

«I’m going week by week to avoid being irritated with myself.
If all I focused on was a long-term objective, I believe it would put me back further.» — Jessica Simpson

«I believe that if you ask every pregnant mother, she would say, ‘I want my body back.’ However, it takes time. It takes nine months for your body to achieve that state, and it is doing it on purpose. The second I begin to feel depressed, as though ‘What happened to my body?’ I look at my lovely baby—and I’ve never been more thankful of my physique.» – Hillary Duff
The takeaway from all of this is that it is natural to gain weight and that losing it takes time. Will you sometimes feel gloomy and depressed?
You will, indeed. However, you will continue and eventually have the physique you want.
There is much more to postpartum weight loss than just reducing weight. Additionally, you’ll need to understand how to eat properly throughout pregnancy, how to do certain activities to maintain fitness and strength, and which supplements to utilize.
This book will provide you with useful advice and practices for achieving and maintaining a healthy pregnant and postpartum body.
Please keep in mind that this is just advise. It will only work if you follow through and incorporate the ideas contained in this book into your life.

Are you prepared?

Have a pleasant reading experience!
